Remembrance Day 2022

Every year we recognise Remembrance Day as a school family.

Our Year 6 children sell poppies in support of the Royal British Legion.

The Royal British Legion helps members of our Armed Forces (the Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Air Force, veterans and their families). They support serving and ex-serving personnel all year round, every day of the week.

We also invite all children to wear the uniform of any organisation or society that they are a member of (for example Guides, Brownies, Beavers, Cubs etc.) We then hold a 2 minute silence at 11am to mark the occasion.
