Our School
Welcome From The Acting Headteacher
A warm welcome to Repton Manor Primary School website.
At our school, we value a warm, family-centred ethos where every child feels welcomed and valued. The strong relationships formed between children, staff, and families are vital in ensuring that each child’s needs are fully understood. By building on individual strengths and interests, we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for every child. Placing the best interests of the child at the heart of all our decision-making enables children to thrive and reach their full potential.
We are committed to inclusion and diversity, valuing each child as a unique individual and celebrating their strengths and interests. We respect and celebrate diversity, recognising and valuing children regardless of ability, gender, ethnicity, or religion. We aim to sustain a happy, caring, supportive, and positive learning community where every child can experience success.
Nurture principles are embedded throughout our curriculum, ensuring children feel happy, safe, and supported, with learning that is developmentally appropriate and meaningful. We are ambitious for every child’s academic achievement and recognise that personal development underpins success, confidence, and long-term outcomes.
Our curriculum is carefully designed to develop essential life skills while offering a wide range of enriching experiences and opportunities that broaden pupils’ horizons and enhance their lived experiences. We aim to provide learning opportunities that are challenging, interesting, and exciting—fostering a joy of learning and a lifelong thirst for knowledge.
We pride ourselves on the calm and supportive learning environments we have created alongside our children and staff. We actively encourage families to join us for both formal and informal events to celebrate children’s learning and achievements. We warmly welcome prospective parents to visit the school during the school day to meet staff and pupils, experience our Repton Family first-hand, and see all that our school has to offer.
