A warm welcome to Repton Manor Primary School website, our school opened in September 2012 and we have grown considerably since then. Following our first successful inspection and wonderful support from our families and community, we have grown into a popular and successful school. You can read the Ofsted report here. We have recently been congratulated by Patrick Leeson (Corporate Director for Kent’s Education and Young People’s Services) on our outcomes for children last year. He writes explaining that children in our Early Years achieve above the national average, infant children are achieving well above the national average and our particular success in closing the achievement gap for disadvantaged children by 50%. You can read the full letter here.

We work closely with our children, parents, governors, outside agencies and other local schools to grow a caring family culture that generates excitement about learning. We want every single child to achieve as much as possible, in both academic and personal skills. The biggest impact on our school are the excellent staff and the relationships they build with children and parents. I am privileged to have been able to recruit this team from scratch and I am proud to lead them each day.

We believe every child has to recognise they are safe, happy and loved to get the best from their learning. We ensure that our children are at the centre of all we do and that they recognise their importance in our school family. A child’s self-esteem and self-concept is essential to their success. We strive to be the best possible school we can for your child and look forward to working with you in achieving this during their primary school life.
