Transition information for your children

Please find below transition documents for the children moving into Years 1 to 6 to support their move into their next year. The booklets contain a little bit more information about your teachers and classrooms. The teachers have also made the children a little video. In the coming weeks there will also be a transition project to complete over the summer. The teaching teams are also looking forward to speaking with you over the phone soon!
